- Daily hours for the exhibition:
- 28 – 30 Oct: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 31 Oct: 9:00 AM - 12: 00 PM
- Opening Ceremony: Oct 28, 2024 at 9:00 AM
- Last day for registration: Oct 10th, 2024 at 11:00 PM
- Participation fee payment deadline: Oct 17th, 2024 at 11:00 PM
- Withdrawal deadline without penalty: Oct 17th, 2024 at 11:00 PM
- Booth installations: starts on Oct 24th, 2024 at 9:00 AM, and the venue will be open for installation 24/7 until Oct 27th, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
- Badges and parking tags pick up: Oct 27th, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the venue (Exhibition Center: Building 54).
Booth Guidelines:
Sponsors & Premium Exhibitors:
- Contracting the event Organizing Partner, EvenTech, for your booth is recommended.
- Booth locations for participating entities are determined by the organizing committee and will be announced before the event.
- If you choose to contract another vendor, please comply with the following:
- design and install your booth according to the exact dimensions of the chosen category, see “Participation Category”.
- Comply with the dates and times mentioned above.
- Golden Sponsor booth must not exceed 3m height.
- Premium Exhibitor booth must not exceed 2.5m height.
- Bring any necessary electrical wires, extensions or heavy materials you may need.
Standard Exhibitors:
- The booth will be provided by KFUPM with the Exhibitor’s logo, see a sample here.
- Booth locations for participating entities are determined by the organizing committee and will be announced before the event.
- Exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to bring additional marketing materials (e.g. stickers).
- For all marketing materials, please follow the exact dimensions as provided on the participation manual.
Booth Representatives:
- Booth representatives MUST comply with the following at all times:
- display badges at the venue.
- display parking tags on the vehicle.
- be present at the booth until 12:00 PM of the last day.
- Dress Code:
- Men: Traditional Saudi attire or business casual attire.
- Women: Abaya with Hijab (hair covering).
- Basic hospitality such as coffee, dates and chocolate are welcomed.
