The International Medical Case Reports Journal is an international, peer-reviewed, open access, online journal publishing original case reports from all medical specialties. Submissions should not normally exceed 3000 words or 4 published pages including figures, diagrams and references.

• Ethical Considerations: All case reports must adhere to strict ethical guidelines, including patient consent and anonymity. Given the specificity of details provided in a case report or case series, authors are required to obtain consent from patients (or their guardians if they are not adults or lack capacity to provide informed consent, or next of kin if deceased) for the publication of the case(s). Consent to publish is a journal requirement and cannot be exempted by an ethics committee.
