Cancellation Policy:
The following terms and conditions apply for cancellation requests:
- 50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the arrival date.
- The full amount will be charged for cancellations made on the same day of arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out:
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in is subject to availability and may be provided free of charge.
- Guests can extend check-out time to 3:00 PM without extra charges, based on availability.
- Check-outs until 6:00 PM will incur a 50% charge of the agreed room rate.
- Check-outs after 6:00 PM will be charged the full daily rate.
