- Daily hours for the exhibition are: 5-7 May: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
- KFUPM will assemble standard booths based on the chosen participation category for all participants.
- The standard booth includes a table, 3 chairs and an electrical outlet.
- Each participating entity should bring any necessary electrical wires and extensions they may need (good quality and approved)
- The exact dimensions to attach logos and marketing materials on the standard booth are:
- Single booth: 2.95m*2.95m
- Double booth: 2.95m*5.95m
- Participating entities are free to design and install their own booth within the chosen category dimensions.
- Booth locations for participating entities are determined by the organizing committee depending on their sector and relationship with KFUPM.
- Booth locations and installation are announced and will begin onsite in building 54 by the reception committee on May 1, 2024.
- Basic hospitality such as coffee, dates and chocolate are welcomed.
- Badges will be distributed to all company representatives.
- Parking tags will be distributed to company representatives based on their participation category.
- Due to limited spaces in the venue, the northern parking lot will be allocated for the sponsors whereas the southern parking lot will be available for the remaining participating entities and the visitors.
- The organizing committee emphasizes the necessity of following safety regulations in the building.
