Booth installation:
- If you designed your own booth, you are responsible for the assembly, installation and removal of the booth at the end of the event.
- Installation hours:
- May 1, 2024 at 9:00 am until May 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm
- The backdoor of the venue must be used for all loading/unloading activities.
- If your booth requires heavy materials for installation, the participating entity is responsible for providing the necessary equipment.
- If you hire a contractor to install your booth, you must provide the contractor’s info to the organizing committee to grant them access to the venue.
- The booth contractor must maintain clean and tidy operations at all times.
- The booth owner is responsible for all of their contractor’s activities and violations.
- Participating entities MUST remove all assemblies and belongings no later than 6:00 pm on May 7, 2024. KFUPM will not bear any responsibility for any damages or missing items left behind.
Marketing materials:
- Logos and marketing materials must be easily removed and detached.
- It is NOT allowed to attach stickers directly to KFUPM partition surface.
Booth reps:
- Booth reps of each participating entity must be present at all times throughout the exhibition until 3:00 pm on the last day.
- Badges must be displayed at all times throughout the exhibition.
- Parking tags must be displayed on the vehicle at all times.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building or near the entrances.
Cancelation policy:
- In case od cancelation, the organizing committee must be notified no later than April 28, 2024 without penalty.
- In case of a no show, the participating entity will be charged 50% of the participation fee.
