Booth Installation:
- If you contract a vendor other than EvenTech, you will be responsible for:
- The assembly, installation, and removal of the booth at the end of the event.
- The contractor must mention your company name at the gate to gain access to the venue.
- Providing any heavy materials or necessary equipment required for installation.
- Any violations or damage the contractor may cause, if any.
- Complying with installation and removal hours:
- Installation hours: October 24th, 2024, at 9:00 AM until October 27th, 2024, at 4:00 PM. (24/7)
- Removal hours: October 31th, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- KFUPM will not bear any responsibility for any damages or missing items left behind.
- There is no storage space at the venue. You are responsible for storing or removing any giveaways or excess equipment.
Booth Representatives:
- Booth representatives must be present at the booth at all times throughout the exhibition until 12:00 PM on the last day.
- Booth representatives must adhere to the KFUPM dress code.
- Badges must be displayed at all times throughout the exhibition.
- Parking tags must be displayed on the vehicle at all times.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building or near the entrances.
Cancellation policy:
- In case of a cancellation, the organizing committee must be notified no later than Oct 17th, 2024 at 11:00 PM without penalty (cday@kfupm.edu.sa).
- In case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the participating entity will incur a penalty of 50% of the participating fee.
