KFUPM Career Fair 2026

Important Dates and Times:

1. Daily hours for the exhibition: 
   • 28 – 29 April: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (KFUPM Alumni Only)
   • 30 April: 9:00 AM - 6: 00 PM (Public Visitors)
2. Last day for registration: April 16th, 2026 at 11:59 PM
3. Participation fee payment deadline: April 23rd, 2026 at 11:59 PM
4. Withdrawal deadline without penalty: April 16th, 2026 at 11:59 PM
5. Booth installations: starts on April 24th, 2026 at 9:00 AM, and the venue will be open for installation 24/7 until April 26th, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
6. Badges and parking tags pick up: April 27th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the venue (Exhibition Center: Building 54).

Cancellation & Penalty policy:

1. In case of a cancellation, the organizing committee must be notified no later than 16 April 2026 at 11:59 PM without penalty (cday@kfupm.edu.sa).
2. In case of a late cancellation, the participating entity will incur a ban on participation in Two KFUPM Career Fairs.
3. In case of a no-show, the participating entity will incur a ban on participation in Three KFUPM Career Fairs.

Exhibitor Representative:

1. Exhibitor representatives MUST comply with the following at all times:
   • display badges at the venue.
   • display parking tags on the vehicle.
   • be present at the booth until 6:00 PM of the last day.
2. Dress Code:
   • Men: Traditional Saudi attire or business casual attire.
   • Women: Abaya with Hijab (hair covering).
