Booth Guidelines:
Sponsors & Premium Exhibitors:
- Please comply with the following:
- Your vendor will be responsible for:
- The assembly, installation, and removal of the booth at the end of the event.
- Providing any heavy materials or necessary equipment required for installation.
- Any violations or damage the vendor may cause, if any.
- Complying with installation and removal hours:
- Installation hours: April 24th, 2026 at 9:00 AM until April 26th, 2026 at 4:00 PM. (24/7)
- Removal hours: April 30th, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 11:59 PM.
- Your vendor will be responsible for:
- Design and install your booth according to the exact dimensions of the chosen category, see “Participation Manual”.Booth must not exceed 3m height.
- KFUPM will not bear any responsibility for any damages or missing items left behind.
- There is no storage space at the venue. You are responsible for storing or removing any giveaways or excess equipment.
- Booth locations for participating entities are determined by the organizing committee and will be announced before the event.
Standard Exhibitors:
- The booth will be provided by KFUPM with the Exhibitor’s logo only (Plain - without branding)
- You are encouraged to design and install booth branding
- KFUPM will not bear any responsibility for any damages or missing items left behind.
- There is no storage space at the venue. You are responsible for storing or removing any giveaways or excess equipment.
- Booth locations for participating entities are determined by the organizing committee and will be announced before the event.
