  • Once Approved: in case of a withdrawal, a cancellation notice MUST be sent to cday@kfupm.edu.sa before the cancellation deadline (16 April 2026).

Payment Information

  • Invoice: Will be sent via email after registration is confirmed.
  • Payment Methods: Wire transfer. KFUPM does NOT use Etimad platform
  • Payment Deadline: 23 April 2026.
